Attention: Notices of appraised values will be mailed 5-22-20 to all property owners in Roberts County. June 21st is the protest deadline date. The notice you receive in the mail will have a protest form for protesting your 2020 appraisal if you wish to do so.
Accounts that qualify for a Homestead exemption will have the optional ability to protest online via this website. Only the account with a homestead exemption may be protested via the website. An Efile Pin will be located on the notice next to the account number of the account that is qualified for a protest online. You will need this Efile Pin to verify your identity. You will be required to set up an online account and then proceed through the process of filing a protest. This is the first year for us to use this system, so please be patient with us as we learn the system and work out any kinks or bugs.
All other protest will be required to fill out the form included with the notice of appraised value and be mailed/postmarked no by June 21st 2020.
